SGP on site at Indurent Park Lichfield, Cricket Lane

Stephen George + Partners (SGP) is delighted to announce the start on site of Indurent Park Lichfield. The first phase will deliver an 18,000 sqm logistics and industrial park in Lichfield, providing modern distribution warehouses with high quality ancillary offices in a carefully landscaped setting close to existing and emerging residential areas.

The scheme forms part of a wider estate vision that will ultimately provide seven units across two phases, with buildings ranging from around 36,000 to 83,000 sqft. All units are designed to meet the Indurent Standard, with clear internal heights of 10 metres, secure yards, EV charging and high-quality office accommodation.

Given the site’s location on the south eastern edge of Lichfield, SGP has placed strong emphasis on managing the relationship between employment uses and nearby homes. A layered landscape strategy combines planting, bunding and boundary treatments to soften views of the buildings and create a green buffer to residential streets.

Sustainability is embedded in line with Indurent’s commitment to delivering best in class industrial space. The development targets BREEAM Excellent and EPC A+ rating, with rooflights for natural daylight, solar photovoltaic panels and provision for electric vehicle charging to help reduce operational carbon and running costs for future occupiers.

Through a robust yet sensitive masterplan, a strong landscape framework and a clear sustainability agenda, SGP is helping to deliver a brand new, high-quality logistics and industrial park in Lichfield that supports modern operations while being a good neighbour to the local community.

There is already strong interest in the units, with practical completion of the first phase due in Autumn 2026. Bennimans has been appointed as the main contractor for the scheme.
