We have a dedicated BIM team comprising of SGP’s BIM Manager, Coordinator & Library Manager, who are responsible for their respective areas. 

We have our own in-house certified Revit Trainer. 

We have teams of model managers and content creators who are members within our delivery teams that have been identified as suitable. They ensure that the projects have the resources they need; and our models are lean, clean and following good practice, company standards and policy.  

These members are subject to continuous personal development whereby knowledge and skills are fed down from our Library Manager & BIM Coordinator respectively.

The implementation and use of BIM processes/methodologies and technologies throughout all stages of our projects and covering all our sectors. 

Deliver well structured, concise, high-quality information that has been checked and validated, before being ‘approved’ to be ‘shared’.  

Achieve ISO 19650 certification for Tier 1 Lead appointed party by the end of 2021. 

Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration both internally and with other stakeholders. 

Promote, and align our delivery with, openBIM principles, standards, processes and technologies where possible, in order to enable better collaboration with a wider number of stakeholders and provide more value for our clients 

Ensure, where feasible, our information is defined and structured to enable more efficient working downstream. 

Carrying out regular assessments of our employees’ competencies within our core delivery systems. Assessment Data is then used to identify the skills/knowledge gaps in order to define future training subjects/courses. 

Invest in technology where required, but only in response to a need of a predefined process.
