SGP announces promotion of Jay Silva and Manuel Colombo

Stephen George + Partners (SGP) has announced that Jay Silva and Manuel Colombo have been promoted to Associate. The promotions in the Leicester office reinforce the practice’s dedication to cultivating internal talent and fostering a resilient, future-ready business.

Jay Silva joined SGP in 2020 and is responsible for managing projects in the Industrial sector, from feasibility, planning and into construction. Her recent successes include the delivery of projects at MIRA Tech Park and Magna Park South. Jay is also involved in several SGP Matrix Groups, including Social Value Education, the Better Buildings programme and Business Development. She is also Co-President of the Leicestershire and Rutland Society of Architects (LRSA).

Since joining SGP, Jay has helped enhance our front end and masterplanning capability. Her commitment to our business resilience extends to nurturing the next generation through active engagement in our Better Buildings programme, mentoring in-house and through our contact with local universities and Schools of Architecture.”

Manuel Colombo joined SGP in 2021 and has coordinated stage 5 delivery on numerous large-scale residential projects. He is a proactive member of SGP’s Shadow Board.
