Our client has worked together with Sanctuary Housing, The HCA and the District Council to have this project delivered. In addition to the sixty residential units the four storey building includes the following: a hairdressers, café, gym, gardens and roof terrace, laundry, buggy garage, lounge and dining facilities with a full catering kitchen.
