Stuart Hancox

Stuart is SGP’s Mixed Use Sector Head but also has responsibility for a number of industrial schemes.

He is confident across all RIBA work stages and as such undertakes both masterplanning and the design and delivery of buildings. Passionate about quality architecture, his focus is on coordinating his team and resources to achieve these goals. He believes in running projects efficiently to ensure smooth progress from start to finish and maximise time spent on design.

Acting as Design Architect, Stuart had a significant input in the design of the SGP’s award-winning Waterfront House office.

Away from work, Stuart spends his time making, restoring and designing – everything from houses, to classic cars, to bicycles.
