SGP Digital strengthens capability with internal appointment of new BIM Manager

Stephen George + Partners (SGP) Digital is pleased to announce the internal appointment of Dan Johnson as our new BIM Manager, marking an exciting step forward in the development of our digital design and information management strategy. 

Dan moves into the role from his previous position as Principal Architectural Technologist, bringing with him not only a strong technical background but also extensive first-hand project experience. His deep understanding of BIM processes, combined with his approachable manner and practical mindset, equips him perfectly to support teams and help drive consistent, high-quality information management across the practice. 

The BIM Manager role is integral to SGP Digital’s commitment to quality, consistency and ISO 19650 compliance. Dan will play a key part in ensuring our standards and digital workflows continue to evolve in line with best practice, supporting robust project delivery at every stage. 

Dan’s appointment also supports the continued growth of SGP’s dedicated BIM services, which help clients and project teams deliver coordinated, data-rich and well-structured information throughout the building lifecycle.  

Reflecting on the move, Dan said: “I am really looking forward to getting stuck into the role and working with everyone across the practice. My focus will be on making sure our BIM processes and tools support the way people work day-to-day, helping to deliver clear, reliable information for our clients and project teams.”
