By SGP
The Solihull team have spent the last 6 months developing the masterplan and first phase to support the St Modwen bid which, despite stiff competition, was extremely well received by the key stakeholders. The 90-acre site will contain 1.4 million sqft of offices, small industrial units, and a park centre, and will be developed over a 17-year period.
