University of Bradford Central Project Recognised at Fit Out Awards UK 2025

We are delighted to share that our University of Bradford Central project has been shortlisted for the Fit Out Awards UK 2025 in two categories: Fit Out Project of the Year Public Sector and Fit Out Project of the Year Hospitality.

On behalf of Project Managers Sycamore Square Group, Stephen George + Partners (SGP) provided interior design services and expertise, with Construction Dynamics (North) Ltd as main contractor. Strong teamwork and communication between the University, project managers, designers, contractor and wider team ensured the success of this fantastic scheme.

The £2 million redevelopment has transformed 1,500 sqm of under-utilised nightclub space into a vibrant hub at the heart of the campus, including an extensive dry bar, a quieter study area and a distinctive Garden Hideaway. Delivered within a 14-week construction programme, the project stands as a testament to what can be achieved with strong leadership and when all parties work together towards a shared vision.

We are proud of the collaboration and dedication shown by everyone involved and look forward to attending the awards ceremony in London on Thursday 11 September 2025.
