St. Modwen Park Doncaster won the coveted Commercial Development of the year award at the Insider Yorkshire Property Industry Awards 2019.

Shortlisted against some strong opposition, the judges commented how the development has attracted major occupiers to the region and has been described as a gamechanger for the South Yorkshire market.

Says Steven Clegg, Principal Architectural Technologist, at SGP: “We are delighted that St. Modwen Park has won this award, as we masterplanned the entire 27 acre site, as well as working with St. Modwen on each of the three phases to create flexible, attractive and robust units that have been occupied by high quality tenants such as Robert Bosch, Schenker and Thornhill engineering.”
