Exeter Skypark: New DCH HQ Building

Stephen George + Partners announces its fourth project at Exeter Skypark has now started on site.

The two new office buildings will create the main entrance into the office quarter at Skypark.

Block 1 is a 17,000 sqft three-storey speculative office building which is due to be completed in August 2017.

Block 20, which is the focal point at the front of the site, is a bespoke 30,000 sqft office building for Devon and Cornwall Housing Association (DCH) which is due to be completed in January 2018.

Working closely with the end user, Stephen George + Partners have also developed the interior design, based on current principles of flexible working, to create a vibrant, adaptable and exciting working environment. The fit-out includes open plan offices, break out spaces, conference rooms, a café style restaurant and a gym.

Developed by St Modwen Developments Ltd, Exeter Skypark’s 90-acre site will contain 1.4 million sqft of offices, small industrial units, and a park centre, and will be developed over a 17-year period.
