Carefully articulated façades with distinct textured panels express the building’s form and functions clearly, balancing simplicity with a strong identity at a prominent high-point location within the site.
Roof design accommodates photovoltaic panels and incorporates translucent rooflights to enhance natural daylight, supporting the project’s BREEAM Very Good target and contributing to long-term operational value for the client.
Landscape strategy extends the site’s green infrastructure, continuing the linear park and introducing native planting to enhance biodiversity, strengthen the setting, and add environmental value to the wider development.
The building has been designed to achieve a minimum BREEAM Very Good rating, incorporating roof provision for photovoltaic panels and translucent rooflights to enhance natural daylight and support improved environmental performance.
