Stephen George + Partners (SGP) were commissioned to design and deliver a 8,215 sqm industrial unit. The redevelopment of the 1.71 hectare site centres on a new production and warehouse unit including a three storey 857 sqm office space, staff and visitor parking and service yard.

The development was shaped around the needs of Sav-eco Packaging Ltd, creating a flexible and future-ready environment for their growing operations.
The architectural approach introduced two interlocking forms, clearly expressing the contrast between the transparent office and the more solid warehouse.
Through the use of contrasting cladding, glazing and brise soleil, the design softened the building’s scale and added depth and visual interest.
Sustainability was embedded within the project, achieving a BREEAM Good rating alongside PV panels and provision for electric vehicle charging.
The result is a well-considered, enduring asset that enhances the business park and contributes positively to the area’s long-term growth
