Designed as a gateway building, the scheme creates a strong sense of arrival through a confident contemporary form that both responds to and elevates the existing architectural language of DIRFT.
A distinctive extruded form and feature corner office introduce identity and visibility, with full-height glazing and a linear balcony enhancing user experience and connecting occupiers to the wider landscape.
The 107,000 sqft facility balances performance and wellbeing, incorporating 15 docks and external amenity space, alongside a south-facing balcony that supports both physical and mental health.
A refined material palette, including alternating cladding directions, bronze accents and the Prologis green pinstripe, adds depth, movement and brand continuity to the façade.
Targeting EPC A+ and BREEAM Outstanding, the development integrates high-specification systems and coordinated BIM delivery, creating a future-ready, efficient and sustainable logistics asset.
