With more house builders requesting CGi’s and a higher level of interaction with 3D models, Peter James Homes took the lead in presenting a series of VR days for their staff in collaboration with SGP. The aim was to introduce the technology across the company and showcase several of our projects, delivered to them through Revit, and to witness them in a virtual environment via an HTC Vive Pro VR Headset.

We have been using various software to visualise 3D models, but this particular client was interested in exploring Enscape and to provide their residential sales team with an onsite VR kit to showcase future dwellings and landscape alongside more traditional show homes.

Initially we installed our kit at their office, to give office-based staff an opportunity to walk around various sites before they built them. We also ran a more strategic workshop at our office showcasing other software technologies, for example QR codes, Panoramic images, Lumion rendering, static CGi rendering and interactive model manipulation with Twin Motion. Peter James Homes decided to purchase the VR kit as a travelling sales mechanism and we continue to support them in preparing models or Self Drive files with Enscape.
