Celebrating two new Associates

The Partners are delighted to announce that Nita Varia and Satnam Flora have been promoted to the level of Associate, with immediate effect.

Nita is primarily responsible for designing and delivering projects in the masterplanning, industrial, offices and retail sectors and has worked on such prestigious builds as F3 Blythe Valley, F2 Blythe Valley, Didcot Local Centre and LUSEP. She is a RIBA Ambassador, running workshops in schools across Leicester as well as taking an active role in mentoring university students.

With a strong interest in interior design, Nita has recently designed and delivered the fit-out for the new SGP offices in Leicester.

Satnam is responsible for work in the industrial, offices and mixed-use sectors. He chairs the delivery group whose remit is to increase knowledge and skills, in order to encourage communication and cooperation to shape a cohesive, uniform delivery philosophy across the practice. In addition, Satnam is a Principal Designer and a member of the health & safety group who ensure policies and procedures relating to occupational and CDM regulations are up to date and communicated throughout the practice.
