The development consists of an 87,000 sqft industrial unit with internal office accommodation.
The Burton Gateway site has an outline approval for a total of 1 million sqft of industrial use and we are currently preparing a reserved matters application for Phase 2, which is a 220k sqft unit, and Phase 3 a 108k sqft unit.
