Westhill Road Wins Another Award

We are delighted to announce that Number One Westhill Road, Leicester has won Small Residential Scheme of the Year in the ProCon Leicestershire Awards 2017.

This follows the success of a prestigious RIBA East Midlands Award back in June.

The project is a re-working of an existing characterful suburban house seamlessly integrating with a crisp modern single-storey extension featuring extensive glass walls. The winning scheme is a product of an informed client, Carl and Wendy of Newenglish Design, leading the design with high ideals of quality and finish and working closely with Stephen George + Partners to deliver a contemporary extension that complements the existing house and garden.

The award was presented to Newenglish Design and Stephen George + Partners at the annual ProCon Awards ceremony, attended by six hundred people associated with the construction industry in Leicestershire.
