Lawley Extra Care scheme gets green light

Telford and Wrekin Council have recently granted planning consent for this 60 bed Extra Care Home. The scheme will help deliver the critical mass to the Local Centre that is currently on site and is a vital component in the urban form.
Stephen George & Partners have successfully brought this project through to delivery at the eleventh hour as funding arrangements with the HCA dictate a start on site before the financial year end.
Working on behalf of the Sanctuary Housing Group, Henry Davidson Developments have negotiated a contract with Clegg Construction Limited who are delivering the adjacent local centre.
