Nicola Pettman

Nicola leads SGP’s residential team and has worked across a wide variety of residential projects, from bespoke homes and affordable housing schemes to large-scale strategic developments. Nicola is responsible for guiding projects from initial concept and masterplanning through to technical design and delivery on site, drawing on her strong design, coordination and project-management skills.

A Chartered Architect and former President of the Leicestershire and Rutland Society of Architects, she is particularly interested in creating sustainable, well-designed places that respond to the needs of both clients and communities. Her MSc in Energy and Sustainable Building Design further supports her commitment to delivering environmentally responsible and commercially successful developments.
