Claire Anderton

Claire is a member of SGP’s residential team and has over 20 years’ experience in the design and delivery of residential and mixed-use developments. She has played a key role in delivering a wide range of projects, from bespoke private homes and residential extensions to larger housing developments and mixed-use local centres.

Claire has particular expertise in residential masterplanning, housing design and project delivery. She is experienced in guiding projects through planning and detailed design, coordinating consultant teams and developing practical design solutions that respond to site constraints and client aspirations. Her collaborative approach, combined with her strong technical knowledge, enables her to successfully deliver high-quality developments across a range of scales and sectors.

With a deep concern for the environment, Claire is passionate about reducing the use of single-use plastics. Outside work, Claire enjoys countryside walks, pilates, and baking.
