Stefan Nistor

As part of SGP’s Industrial & Logistics team, Stefan supports the design and development of projects for our client Prologis, particularly in footprinting, site masterplanning and 3D modelling, as well as preparing presentation materials across early project stages to hand over to the delivery team. A specialist with Revit, he has a strong interest in digital design and visual communication.

Stefan is a member of SGP’s Sustainability Group and is passionate about people-focused design that supports community and social connection. He loves creating spaces that extend beyond the building to positively impact those who use them, with an emphasis on sustainability and wellbeing.

Outside of work, Stefan is always on the move – whether it’s going to the gym, cycling, hiking, or skateboarding! He also enjoys photography, building with LEGO, and travelling.

Stefan’s main goal is to continue progressing toward becoming a qualified architect by undertaking his Part 2 and eventually Part 3 qualification. In the short term, he is concentrating on improving his rendering skills, particularly in Twinmotion, to better support design clarity and visual communication in client presentations.
