Rio is responsible for driving SGP’s strategic growth by managing bids and cultivating new business opportunities across both public and private sectors. Her legal background provides specialist knowledge in procurement regulations and case law.

Working closely with Partners, Directors, and internal teams across SGP’s regional offices, Rio oversees the full lifecycle of the bid process and ensures all submissions are compelling, compliant, and align with industry best practice. Rio also contributes to wider business development, representing SGP at industry events and client meetings, while supporting the practice’s long-term relationships and market positioning.

In her free time, Rio enjoys reading and oil painting.
