Evie Richardson

Evie is a member of SGP’s Residential team, working on everything from feasibility studies to delivery on a variety of projects across the sector.

A keen advocate of adaptive reuse, Evie is interested in bringing re-use and repurpose principles into design. She is especially concerned in delivering projects with a strong narrative to their local context. In August 2022, she raised money and volunteered in Zambia to help design and build a Kindergarten to provide space for early years learning for up to 60 children.

Outside work, Evie enjoys hiking and running – and in 2025 completed the Manchester Marathon. When not committed to testing her physical endurance, you can sometimes find her at music festivals or indulging a passion for cooking.
