Daniel Williams

As a member of SGP’s Industrial team, Daniel specialises in technical design and aiding with the delivery of projects in the sector. His expertise is enhanced with significant cross-sector experience, including in retail, leisure, student residential and commercial projects, and he hopes to gain full MCIAT status in the near future.

A keen advocate of placemaking, Daniel believes that creating schemes at a human scale can have a positive impact on their users. He is also passionate about responsible development, particularly from a sustainability perspective. In 2020, Daniel worked as part of a team of four to masterplan an affordable low-carbon housing scheme that came second place in the TRADA University Challenge.

Outside work, Daniel is an avid photographer who loves to explore and photograph new places. Landscape photography is a particular passion, bringing with it a new-found appreciation of the natural world. Alongside photography, Daniel is a committed runner and has successfully completed a few half marathons. He hopes to complete a full one soon!
