Ben Gavaghan

As Studio Director and Northern Industrial + Logistics Lead, Ben is responsible for driving SGP’s strategic growth and vision across the northern regions.

Ben works collaboratively with clients, consultants and contractors in the successful design and delivery of commercially aware projects. He assists developers and occupiers in developing a commercially viable brief for both speculative and bespoke logistics, distribution, manufacturing and large-scale masterplanned projects.

Applying his 20+ years of cross-sector, concept to completion experience, Ben takes care to embed a practical and pragmatic approach to deliver these projects without compromising time, budget or quality aspirations.
