Stephen George & Partners were responsible
for the master planning of this complex brown field site.
The development incorporates a high standard of architecture,
consistent with the waterside location and offers an exciting
built environment, at the same time integrating well with
the adjoining neighbourhood. Funded by public and private
sector investment, the regeneration of this site has acted
as a catalyst for the development of the surrounding area.
In addition to the master planning, Stephen
George & Partners were responsible for the detailed design
of the commercial and social housing schemes.
