The 13,935 sq m development comprises
multi-screen cinema, retail terrace, health and fitness facilities,
and fast food restaurants. The design of the cinema is influenced
by 1950’s art deco architecture, a theme which is carried
through the site in the choice of external materials. The
overall design style is consistent, unifying all buildings
and aspects of the development, to present a controlled and
coherent park image.
