With a development value of over £1billion this former BP chemical works is one of the largest regeneration sites in Wales. The 477 ha brownfield site will, when fully developed, contain 550,000 sqm of distribution, industrial and office space along with two power stations and an energy park.

The site is heavily contaminated with onerous physical, ecological and legal constraints making this a complex and challenging development.
