A modern New Build for Ashfield Homes, Sutton-in-Ashfield. The building houses the call centre, administration, and training facilities for Ashfield Homes - Local Council housing tenancy facility.
The building was completed to a nine-month programme, including planning and one month’s delay due to contamination !
Our design concept was to create a crisp building that could stand alone in the current city block, but act as an instigator for future adjacent design projects. The success of this building reflects the flexibility and approach of the chosen design team and client.
