The new regional HQ building for Powergen was the first phase of this 65,000 sq m development
situated at East Midlands Airport. The contemporary design contains 4,000 sq m of office space in three
two-storey wings radiating from a planar glazed two-storey entrance.
Despite the building’s proximity to the runway, a comfortable acoustic environment has been
successfully achieved through careful design and detailing.
