Waterfront House Wins the ProCon Leicestershire Award 2019

We are delighted to announce that our office at Waterfront House in Leicester has won the ProCon Small Non-Residential Scheme of the Year Award 2019.

The award was presented to Stephen George + Partners and the project contractor nmcn at the annual ceremony, attended by more than six hundred people associated with the construction industry in Leicestershire.

Says Michael Barker, Senior Partner at SGP: “It was a wonderful night and a real privilege for Waterfront House to be acknowledged. Designed and delivered by us, the new office showcases our capabilities in design and sustainability to create a light and vibrant new workspace in a fantastic setting overlooking the lake in the south-east corner of Grove Park Business Park.

Along with this achievement, Waterfront House recently won one of the LJCC Merit Awards for Craftsmanship 2019, in an entry submitted by nmcn. The Leicestershire Joint Consultative Committee for the Building Industry (LJCC) annual Merit Awards for Craftsmanship celebrate excellence of workmanship on projects in the counties of Leicestershire and Rutland.
