Siemens New Lincoln HQ Completed

Completed by Main Contractor Bowmer & Kirkland, the new facility on the outskirts of Lincoln is the result of a strategic decision by Siemens to relocate its service operations from four sites around the city, including outdated Victorian workshops, to a single state-of-the-art facility.

After an intensive search for a suitable site, Siemens, working closely with developer St Modwen and Stephen George & Partners, selected the Teal Park site as being the most suitable for its turbine refurbishment business.

Comprising of a 48,000 sqft 3 storey office and 74,000 sqft with the potential to allow future expansion, the facility has been assessed at ‘Design Stage’ as achieving BREEAM ‘Excellent’ for the Office and ‘Outstanding’ for the workshop, one of the first in the area to do so.
