The Stephen George & Partners-designed Prologis Park Pineham has won the Best Overall Scheme at the Industrial Agents Society (IAS) Awards 2012.
The Awards, held at the Park Lane Hotel, London on 27th September and compered by comedy legend Barry Cryer, celebrate the best in the industrial and distribution sectors.
Pineham, located at junction 15A of the M1, provides up to 1.6 million sqft of B8 space, 240,000 sqft of other commercial uses and 45 acres of residential land. Occupiers include Sainsbury’s and BMW in buildings which have achieved BREEAM ‘Excellent’ ratings.
