Affordable Homes Ready for Residents
A multi-million-pound affordable housing development, which is one of the first to be built through a new government scheme, has been completed on time in Northampton.
Booth Park has been developed as a partnership between Orbit Homes and Northampton Borough Council.
William Davis worked with award-winning architects Stephen George & Partners to deliver the £12 million housing scheme, which brings more than 100 new homes to the area.
It was made possible through the Homes & Communities Agency’s Delivery Partner Panel.
The scheme comprises a mix of 99 two-, three- and four-bedroom houses and 12 one- and two-bedroom apartments, all available through affordable rent or shared ownership.
Residents are moving in over the next three months.
Built to Code Level 3, the homes have energy saving features, such as heat recovery units.
