Offices at Blythe Valley Park, Solihull

Stephen George + Partners is pleased to announce that the next phase of development at Blythe Valley Park for IM Properties has commenced.

The development, located at Blythe Valley Park (masterplanned by Stephen George + Partners in 2001), comprises two modern contemporary office buildings. Plot F2 is a speculative two-storey office building of 15,000 sqft and Plot F3 is a 17,000 sqft office which has been pre-let by Prologis UK Ltd.

Both buildings are clad in a Kingspan Benchmark cladding with a striking feature entrance using James & Taylor Senses aluminium rainscreen on Plot F2. Horizontal brise soleil and large floor to ceiling glazed panels create a light transparent building form. The buildings are being constructed by Seddon Construction Ltd.

Both phases will be built to achieve a BREEAM rating of very good and are due for completion in 2018.
