Moving on in – owner/occupier completes fitout at LE3 office

With fit-out works now complete, engineering giant ERIKS UK & Ireland moved into its SGP-designed offices at LE3 business park, Leicester.

The SGP team worked closely with Eriks’ interior designers to co-ordinate the base build and fit-out of the £1.4 million, 1093m² two-storey office block. Designed using a simple and robust palette of materials creating a contemporary design, giving the block individual stature amongst the other buildings.

Having reached practical completion in May 2019, the unit is part of a previously approved scheme at the popular LE3 business park on Ratby Lane, Leicester.
