Dunelm The Portal, Retail Scheme

Stephen George + Partners, working together with our client, Davidson Group, have completed the 23,000sqft Dunelm retail unit.
The retail unit was part of the redevelopment of the Portal Business Park which is located on the corner of Queens Drive and Castle Bridge Road in Nottingham.
The design included a double height entrance foyer with a first floor mezzanine sales area. The external materials included arc profile cladding, composite cladding panels and Lignacite Blackstone Planished block work.
We were pleased to have attended Dunelm’s opening on 1st June 2016 which was an enjoyable and well turned out event.
