BREEAM Success at Dunstable

We are delighted to have been informed that the first unit at Prologis Park Dunstable has received an ‘Outstanding’ rating in accordance with BREEAM 2011 Industrial.

The building, which was shortlisted for the BREEAM Awards 2015 in the Industrial category, is a 30,000 sqm speculatively-built distribution centre.  With a score of 92.1% we believe this to be the highest BREEAM rating for a warehouse to date.
