Following a limited competition, Stephen George
& Partners were appointed master plan architects for this
comprehensive 47 hectare business park. The scheme consists
of 65,000 sq m of high quality office accommodation set within
a new countryside park.
The integration of the built form into the
existing and new landscape was an overriding factor in the
design concept. This linked with a comprehensive programme
of on and off site infrastructure works has created a development
of distinctive character and quality.
