Urban Regeneration
The site formerly owned by Scottish and Newcastle, comprises 6.8 hectares of industrial land in the heart of Arnold. The creation of a mixed urban scheme involved a complex package of demolition, remediation and infrastructure works centred around the landmark Home Ales Building.
The renovation and refurbishment of the listed Home Ales Building for Local Council offices forms a striking focal point in the development which also includes a new superstore, private housing, leisure facilities and industrial units.
