This new 668 bedroom student accommodation scheme by Unite is situated adjacent to Coventry University. Construction of the three to seven storey buildings is due to commence early 2006, using Unite's own modular system.
Some existing buildings important to the car manufacturing history of the site, are to be incorporated into the development. As the site is close to the line of the medieval city walls, archaeological investigations will form an important part of pre commencement works.
