Distribution
The new 55,000 sq m distribution centre for
Dunlop is the first phase of a wider brownfield development
covering 23.2 Hectares adjacent to the landmark Fort Dunlop
building. To meet a demanding programme the construction whas carried out in tandem with extensive phased demolition
and remediation works.
SGP have recently completed a 15,300 sq.m warehouse on the adjacent site.
