Urban Regeneration
The site, formerly occupied by the regional headquarters of British Gas in Leicester, has involved extensive demolition and remediation to allow an appropriate architectural response to regenerate and revitalise this area.
The development consists of a strong statement building for Barclays Bank plc containing 6,000 sq m of office space and high rise student and key worker accommodation comprising 669 beds with associated communal facilities.
