Master Planning
The development of this 100 hectare site includes 200,000 sq m of commercial space and 1500 residential units, in addition to leisure and core facilities. Designed to maximise integration between the various elements and minimise dependency on the private car, a dedicated bus/rail link from Dartford to Bluewater, including a new bridge over the M25 are proposed. Each development zone is located to respond to site constraints, proximity to fast track junctions, access and visual amenity.
